It all starts in your head. It’s how you think of yourself and what you can do. Your thoughts can either make things hard or make them easier. Change the way you think and use the power of your mind to help you.

Question Your Limiting Beliefs: Think about why you don’t do certain things. Are these reasons true? Try to find out if the reasons are real or just something you think is true. Then think of better ideas that will help you do more things.
