I’m “busy”. You’re “busy”. We’re all “busy”. Guess what? It’s intentional.
“Busy-ness” (is that a word?) is intentional. The question is what you’re “busy” doing.
Social media, 24-hour news channels, emails, texts, oh my goodness….we’re all “busier” than ever!!
Do you have a definite major purpose?
Do you know EXACTLY what you wish to bring into your life?
If you do, and if you do what we teach during the Master Key Experience (MKE), all that “busy-ness” disappears.
You’ll know exactly what to do to manifest your deepest desires. And, you’ll feel compelled to protect your time at all costs.
Here’s the truth about staying busy
“Being “busy” can really be you refusing the call to what you’re on Earth to do”.
Scott Trundle
Did you know you can delegate or hire someone to read your email? It’s true!!
In the MKE, we teach that you’ll have more time than you thought possible once you know your definite major purpose and the means of attaining it.
How? You start to eliminate time wasters.
You stop scrolling your feed on your Facebook mobile app. You stop watching reruns of old shows from the 70’s and 80’s (especially the ones you’ve seen 10 times before).
You start asking yourself:
“What would the person I am becoming do right now?”
Maybe a sales call; maybe a blog post; maybe increasing your skills in a certain area. maybe spend more quality time with your loved ones.
The one thing that a person would NOT be doing is watching old sitcoms.
Is there anything wrong with that? No. If your goal is to stay “busy”, go right ahead.
If your goal is to manifest your dreams, give our alternative a try.
I can tell you from personal experience that the Master Key Experience way is better.

For me it seems that people the last three years have discovered to a higher extent the easiness and convenience with social media and internet. And that is great when you have difficulties to meet people and do things in IRL. The danger with that is that it can create a feeling that you need to follow up what is happening out there in the world. Maybe also a fear to miss something. But as you write in your blog post; it is so much time consuming, and meanwhile we are missing what we could (and want to) create in our own lives. Wow, what a beautiful world we would have if everyone gave themselves the gift, focus and time to live in their highest potential!
Thanks for this reminder to live life not only to its fullest, but to its best, Scott. I loved a recent exercise in the MKE where we saw visually how much of our life we likely have left and the challenge to DO IT NOW for the rich and fulfilling ways we could live each moment instead of letting a bunch of them go by like waste. The Wise Ones always advised living fully present, didn’t they?
A great question to answer to self to think & ponder!
Great blog Scott. Thank you for sparking our thinking to become more aware about what we are doing and why we are doing it. So grateful for the Master Key Experience and learning the tools to become more present and clarify what I authentically want in my life.
Mahalo for sharing.
I enjoyed reading your blog.
Epic blog Scotty Mahalo for sharing this wisdom – man you’re deep!
Great read Scott! So often we lose focus due to getting caught in the busy bee trap of meaningless things. Thanks for highlighting a simple way to get out of it.
Thanks Scott for sharing. It’s so easy to get caught in the trap of busyness. And lucky for us we have the MKE tools that make it easy for us to get out of the trap.
