Can you see your dream come true?
Isn’t it amazing to be able to see your dream come true? So many of MKE (Master Key Experience) participants see this happening in their life. One of the assignments we do in the class is writing your Press Release.
As each member works on their DMP (Definite Major Purpose), they experience one of the ways to help and impress their subconscious mind toward achieving their dream in this practice of Press Release.
Please read Tina Roman’s Press Release and see how amazing it is for her to achieve this dream. Enjoy your reading.
Interview with Tina Roman: A Journey of Transformation, Liberty, and True Health
Published in The Mount Olive Chronicle. Interview by Jasmine Torres, Reporter.
Setting: It’s a sunny morning in Budd Lake, New Jersey, and the booths at the Budd Lake Diner are filling with locals. Sitting across from me in one of the classic red vinyl booths is Tina Roman, a local entrepreneur who has taken her life to new heights, embracing what she calls “true health and liberty.” I’m Jasmine, a journalist with The Mount Olive Chronicle, here to find out more about her transformative journey over breakfast.
Jasmine: Thank you for meeting with me this morning! Your story is so inspiring—I have to ask, what sparked this journey? Was there a defining moment when you knew things had to change?
Tina: Absolutely, Jasmine, and thank you for having me! My defining moment happened in December 2023. My husband’s salary had been cut by 27% the previous year, and while we weren’t living extravagantly, that reduction affected our lifestyle. My business wasn’t growing the way I wanted, and I realized if I didn’t work on myself, nothing was going to change. Then, as if by chance—or maybe fate—I came across Mark J.’s material again. I’d actually had access to it in 2015 but never finished it. Timing is everything, right? So when the Master Key Experience opened up in September 2024, I jumped in. It’s changed everything.
Jasmine: It sounds like everything aligned at just the right moment. What changes did financial security bring to your life, and what does that security mean to you now?
Tina: I’d say peace of mind and freedom. We’ve always had enough to get by, but I wanted more than just “enough.” Having financial security means that we don’t just meet our needs—we get to make a meaningful impact. I’ve always donated to our church, whether we had a little or a lot. But now, having more means we can give more, and it fills my heart. We can also support our children if they ever need us, which is deeply fulfilling. I wanted financial peace, not just for us but for others in our life.
Jasmine: That’s so wonderful. I know you mentioned your home as a source of peace as well. What does it mean to you to have a place like that?
Tina: Our home truly is our haven. I grew up in a house where gatherings were constant; my friends even called it “the soup kitchen.” I wanted that same feeling for my family—a place people feel relaxed and happy to walk into, even though I’m more introverted. Since moving to Morris County in 2021, our home has become our sanctuary. I feel joy when we gather as a family, and I love knowing that our home offers both a place for connection and a private retreat to recharge. It’s everything I hoped it would be.
Jasmine: It sounds like you’ve created a space that truly fills you up. Speaking of filling up, I’ve heard you’re very dedicated to staying healthy! Can you tell me a bit about that journey?
Tina: Health is definitely wealth for me! Every morning I wake up with so much energy—it wasn’t always that way, though. At the start, it took time, and I would drag myself out of bed. But now? I don’t even need an alarm! I wake up naturally, feeling vibrant and ready to go. True health goes beyond just the physical for me—it’s about being spiritually, mentally, and physically aligned. It’s amazing to feel this sense of well-being, and I see how it impacts those around me, too.
Jasmine: That’s fantastic! And it sounds like your whole family benefits from this. Do you have any favorite activities that bring you all together?
Tina: Definitely. We love getting outdoors. It’s how we reconnect, recharge, and bond as a family. Whether we’re biking, hiking, or just walking together, being in nature keeps us close. These moments are priceless, and I’m grateful to be physically capable of sharing them with my son and setting an example of an active, joyful life.
Jasmine: You seem to have a great balance of structure and flexibility. How do you keep everything organized without feeling restricted?
Tina: I am very much a structured person by nature—I live by my lists! For me, it’s about setting up systems that allow me to be spontaneous when I want to be. The structure keeps me grounded, and because I have a plan in place, I can let loose and be present in the moment. I’ve never been one to fly by the seat of my pants, and I think that balance of discipline and freedom really works for me.
Jasmine: That discipline must be a big part of your success. Is there any particular trait
you’re proud of that keeps you focused on your goals?
Tina: My husband would call it “tunnel vision!” Once I set my mind to something, I don’t stop until I achieve it. I’m tenacious, maybe even a bit stubborn, but it’s what’s driven me to succeed. I think having that focus has been a huge asset on this journey, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
Jasmine: And part of this journey has been about redefining “true health” and “liberty.” How would you describe those now?
Tina: Originally, I thought true health was mostly physical, but I’ve come to realize it’s about being in balance spiritually, mentally, and physically. That’s what real vitality means. Liberty, too, has expanded for me. Financial freedom is part of it, but true liberty is about living without constraints—whether those are mental, physical, or even societal. It’s living on my terms and not being bound by anyone else’s rules. That’s the real freedom I was searching for.
Jasmine: Your story is so powerful! What do you feel the most grateful for today?
Tina: Oh, gratitude is at the heart of all of this. Every day, I’m thankful for where we are and the journey that brought us here. Now, I get to help others find their path, too. Nothing is more rewarding than helping someone realize what they want and supporting them in achieving it. That’s a true joy, and it’s why I wake up excited every day.
As we finish our breakfast, Tina’s enthusiasm and sense of fulfillment are contagious, making her story a true testament to what’s possible when we align with our vision and live with intention. Liberty and true health are not just concepts for Tina—they’re a way of life. Jasmine sets her notebook down, smiling as she reflects on Tina’s words. It’s clear that Tina’s journey isn’t only about personal success but about creating a ripple effect of change, hope, and empowerment.
