Finding Treasures for a Healthy Mindset while Rummaging in the Basement

Treasures for a Healthy Mindset

While rummaging – in a basement or my mind – you can find treasures. You might just find treasures for a healthy mindset.

Reflecting on my journey with the Master Key Experience over the past two and a half years feels like diving into the basements of New York City—dark, damp, and filled with junk.

The key was to sort through this clutter, holding my nose to deal with the nasty smell and going up for fresh air. As I braved rummaging through the basements looking for treasures, I found quite a few and furnished my first two apartments rather nicely without having to spend much money!

Internal rummaging

As I applied this process to my internal rummaging, it has helped me uncover treasures hidden in the corners of my internal basement, revealing insights from my past. These were treasures for a healthy mindset!

Memories from books I read in my youth and early adult life surfaced, bringing clarity to why I was attracted to the Master Key Experience. I’ve discovered new ones that have significantly shaped my understanding of life.

Mark J. once said, “life just is.” Life has no meaning, only the meaning you give it. Sometimes, to reach this understanding, we need to sift through emotional, physical, and mental baggage. Click HERE for more wisdom from Mark J.

The Master Key Experience has been like assembling a massive puzzle, where many pieces from various books, conversations, and experiences have come together beginning to form a landscape of my life.

While I am still search for some missing pieces, I am committed to finding those treasures for a healthy mindset.

The lessons in the Master Key Experience, teachings of Ralph Waldo Emerson and others have prompted me to revisit my understanding of Life, the meaning I give to my life, sparking a deeper sense of connection and purpose.

I am now experiencing more peace and appreciation for my life, my yoga practice, and my relationships. If you’re searching for something but aren’t sure what it is, I invite you to consider joining the next class and look for your own treasures.

You can only join by scholarship, courtesy of the previous class. Find out more HERE.
