Gratitude through Gratefulness Daily.

CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS AND IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Most people would agree humans may have one or two common things they want to be happy or rich.

Do you want to be happy, rich or both? Simple: BE “Grateful.”

I have found when I appreciate the little things in life daily I am happiest in turn rich in every way by being grateful through my gratitude journal.

THERE IS SOMETHING GOOD IN EVERY DAY

Practicing gratitude is one of the simplest and most effective way one can do to transform their life. (do share your results on gratitude in the comment below)

Researchers demonstrated people who regularly take time to appreciate the beauty in nature early in life live with better relationships, better sleep, greater results achieving goals, show more compassion, kindness and are overall happier. Gratitude doesn’t have to be about the big things. We can be thankful for a nice cup of turmeric tea, a sunny winter day or that adorable silly butt wiggle dance your dog, child or loved one makes when you come home.

As long as you practice gratitude regularly by keeping a gratitude journal and writing brief reflections on the moments you are thankful for you can easily enhance your overall wellbeing and life satisfaction.

HAPPINESS IS NOT JUST ONE THING. IT IS ALL THE LITTLE MILLION THINGS

List 3 different gratitude’s daily for example: electricity, running cold and hot water, eyesight, hands, legs, driving, walking, bathing, internet, excellent governments, grandparents, weather, handwashing, city workers, those who volunteer to keep our streets safe or delivery hampers, my body pain to name a few.

STOP FOCUSING ON HOW STRESSED YOU ARE AND REMEMBER HOW BLESSED YOU ARE….

List People you are grateful for not only people that you have in your life, also, people that you have never met but have managed to inspire you or teach you something by their story or actions. Such as your parent(s), best friend(s), high school teacher(s), mentor’s Oprah, Mark and Davene, Elon Musk, Prince, Og, Bob, Earl, family, friends, children, business partners, Grant Cardone, Brad Girard, Abraham Hicks, cousins, significant others, employees.

WHEN YOU SHIFT YOUR FOCUS FROM YOUR DEFEATS TO YOUR VICTORIES YOU’LL SEE THAT LIFE AINT’ THAT BAD. YOU’RE WINNING.

List negative events that led to positive changes in your life. Such as hard breakup only to begin a better relationship, loss of a baby to be able to find great supports, loss of a job to find something you love to do, broke a phone screen only to buy an updated one, going through a car accident to receive proper medical attention my body yearned for…

BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE; YOU’LL END UP HAVING MORE. IF YOU
CONCENTRATE 0N WHAT YOU DON’T HAVE, YOU WILL NEVER; EVER HAVE ENOUGH.

List Moments in your life when you felt proud yourself, perhaps when you didn’t give up even though it got tough, that time you made your daughter smile, that time your son said he loves you, that time you picked up the litter, placed all the shopping carts on the way to the store, for me starting morning sits, staying on track with my scheduled days, yet being flexible if life gives you a curve ball then chuckle THEN SAY THANK YOU out loud.

IF ALL FAILS THEN DO HOW TO FIND HAPPINESS 101 IS SIMPLY DECIDE EVERY MORNING THAT YOU ARE IN A GOOD MOOD.
