Gratitude: Growth and Success Cornerstone

Gratitude is the cornerstone of growth and success. As one discovers going through the Master Key Experience, the grateful mind continually expects good things, and expectation evolves into faith.

This faith then propels us to achieve more than we could have imagined. I’ve discovered that whether it’s participating in 10 5Ks or enjoying time with family at Disney World or the beach, gratitude amplifies our desires and aspirations.

Consider the impact of gratitude: As we express our thankfulness, we reinforce our belief in our potential. Each wave of grateful thanksgiving not only enhances our faith but also inspires those around us.

This creates a ripple effect, amplifying positive outcomes in every facet of our lives. It’s why I consider it a key to the vault when it comes to successfully achieving one’s dharma. As Wallace Wattles so matter of factly states,

Success in life is becoming what you want to be
— Wallace Wattles, Science of Getting Rich, Chapter 1

Being grateful isn’t just about recognizing what we have, but it’s also about expecting the best to come. This expectation is not mere optimism; it’s a powerful force that nurtures confidence and invites new opportunities.

So, as I work towards helping 2000 people improve their relationships by introducing them to the concept of Color Code and regularly volunteering once a month at Give Kids the World, I keep gratitude at the forefront.

The grateful mind is constantly fixated upon the best. Therefore it tends to become the best. It takes the form or character from the best, and will receive the best.
— Wallace Wattles, Science of Getting Rich, Chapter 7

Our journey of gratitude shapes us into the best versions of ourselves. It has the power to unlock doors we never knew were there, making way for success and happiness.

See, gratitude unlocked the door to the world of cruise vacations for my family. A door that may not have been unlocked were it not for the wish our son was granted by Make-A-Wish in 2015.

A wish trip that I’ll be forever grateful for and is the catalyst for my striving to establish a foundation that supports this incredible organization by 8/13/2027. Yes, one very important thing that I’ve discovered courtesy of the Master Key Experience is that gratitude truly forms the bedrock of every endeavor.

As you traverse 2025 and beyond, let gratitude fuel your journey as well. Fellow guide Day Boswell recently shared some additional proven powerful reasons why gratitude is important. And Drew Timm has shared about gratitude’s harmonious cycle.

So embrace every blessing, let each moment build faith, and watch as doors of opportunity open. Let’s create a community bound by thankfulness and driven by the belief in endless possibilities.
