Another brilliant set of tools as part of the Master Key Experience is The Law of Least Effort from Depak Chopra + the 7 Laws of the Mind.
Grateful.
Law of Least Effort
ACCEPTANCE
I practice Acceptance today. I accept people, situations, circumstances and events as they occur. I know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. I don’t struggle against the whole universe by struggling against this moment. My acceptance is total and complete. I accept things as they are in this moment, not as I wish they were.
RESPONSIBILITY
Having accepted things as they are, I take responsibility for my situation and all those things I see as problems (Note: I see problems as “Challenges” – another great Master Key Experience tool). I know that taking responsibility means not blaming anyone or anything for my situation and this includes myself. I also know that every challenge is an opportunity in disguise and this alertness to opportunities allows me to take this moment and transform it into a greater benefit.
DEFENSELESSNESS
Today my awareness remains established in defenselessness. I relinquish the need to defend my point of view. I feel no need to convince or persuade others to accept my point of view. I remain open to all points of view and not be rigidly attached to any one of them.
Applying the Law of Least Effort means living each day with Acceptance, Responsibility & Defenselessness, making life so much easier.
I read the Law of Least Effort every morning. This coupled with practicing no opinions and the 7 Laws of the Mind makes life so much easier.
7 Laws of the Mind
I am so much more accepting of all people and situations now than when I started the Master Key Experience.
I know the 7 Laws of the Mind have had a massive effect. I read these to myself everyday. It’s not just a matter of reading them though, you gotta practice them. But they work.
- 1. Forgive everyone for everything, including yourself. This is so powerful. The list goes on:
- 2. A positive mental attitude
- 3. Meditation/relaxed state of mind
- 4. Persistent Practice
- 5. Knowing the Subconscious works for you 24/7 on your goals
- 6. The ability to attach any feeling to a thought we want and last but not least
- 7. The Law of Growth – Whatever we think about grows, whatever we forget about atrophies without exception.
They work, when you use them. Simple as that.
Bringing all the Habits Home
We were taught about the linking and connecting of all the other habits also and I didn’t think much of it at the time, but it comes. And when you get that part, it seems to all come together so naturally.
There is a saying “The Truth Shall Set You Free” – That really is on the money, and I’m so grateful to be connected to it, knowing it’s only going to get better and better.
It has been an ongoing practice to learn and live this Law of Least Effort and a challenge to stick to all the habits from the Master Key Experience into my life over the past year or more. I have a family, a business and other things to do, but I am so grateful that I’ve done the work. I am seeing many little positive changes. And it’s only the beginning. So cool.
I’m addicted to these positive habits, why would I not want to be? I care for my future self and all around me. And who wouldn’t want to make their life easier?
Onwards & Upwards Great People.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and some of
the effects of the MKE. Well written and concise. 🙂
Great blog Darren! The 7 laws of mind are so powerful and only the fact being aware of them starts creating magic. And even more magic when you stay in the process, linking all the habits and attaching emotions. I am too so grateful for the tools provided in the MKE.
Love this post Darren! Thanks for the reminder of the fabulous tools offered in the Master Key Experience!
Darren, your blog was uplifting and was full of great reminders of the importance of applying these gems to our everyday life. Under your 7 Laws of the mind I was impressed with law 1, 5, & 7. Learning to forgive everyone including yourself hit home to me. I find it less difficult to forgive others but I’m pretty hard on my self. Law 5 is very encouraging to realize that my subconscious is working on my goals 24-7. Wow! how great is that. I’m definitely grateful for Law 7 which states that whatever we think about grows & what we don’t think on atrophies. Thanks for sharing these truths and yes they will set you free. What are the positive changes that you’ve seen in your life this past year?
Love this post Darren. Such a great reminder that the 7 Laws are not meant for reading but are meant for applying daily to our life.
The 7 Laws of the mind are life-changing! Thanks for a great post, Darren!
The 7 Laws of the mind and Deepak Chopra right behind — some of the best stuff any of us can find. Great post, Darren! 🙂
How lucky for your boys that they experience your living this every day, Darren. How far ahead that puts them! Thanks for being who you are in our world. Great blog post.
Thanks for your wonderful blog, Darren. These habits bring me such peace of mind and I hope that others that hear your words find comfort knowing that they are available to them as well.
I really enjoyed reading your blog post. I am constantly applying these 3 laws everyday and experiencing a life of greater value, filled with more patience, poise, and a greater understanding of people and myself. I ‘m also zeroed in on 7 laws of the mind. I make a conscious effort to observe these critical Laws everyday. Keeps my mind on guard especially when things seem to go sideways sometimes with challenges that crop up. Thank God for the plethora of tools that I have acquired through being a student of MKE. It’s not easy but through persistent and continuous action I see myself being rewarded everytime in certain situations that have turned out to be small favorable victories ✌️
Spot on, Allen!
