Among the transformative teachings found in the book The Greatest Salesman in the World, Scroll 2 holds a special place as one of my favorites.

Why? There are 2 main reasons:
1- It aligns perfectly with the philosophies presented in Charles Haanel’s book The Master Key System.
2- It is focused on personal happiness. The path to happiness is through embracing love and maintaining positive connections with others.

I, like many, unknowingly became trapped in a world of resentment, negativity and depression. These emotions seemed to consume every moment of my life, becoming the norm for me.

I felt constantly surrounded by a dark cloud that unknowingly hindered my personal growth and sabotaged any chance of success because I took one step forward and two steps back.

With this heavy burden on my shoulders, I began reading The Greatest Salesman in the World as part of the Master Key Experience course. The more I read the first scroll (3x a day for 30 days), the more I experienced what the words promised:

“my other mind, that mysterious source that never sleeps, that creates my dreams and often makes me act in ways that I can’t imagine, I began to wake up every morning with a vitality that I had never known before. My vigor increased, my enthusiasm increased, my desire to know the world surpassed my fear and I began to be happier than I ever thought possible”

As I immersed myself in the words of Scroll 2 the next month, I realized that the path I was on was of no use to me or anyone else. It was time for a radical change in the way I thought and acted.

I began to internalize the principles established in Scroll 2, I loved the one who got stuck in front of my car during traffic, because I learned that I should get up earlier so as not to go in a hurry.

I loved the one who was in line in front of me, indecisive about what to buy, because I learned to be patient.

I loved the one who owed me money, because I learned to say no. I loved the one who turned his back on me because he taught me to face my problems.

With each passing day, I noticed a transformation within me.

Resentment and negativity slowly dissipated, giving way to genuine happiness and a renewed sense of purpose.

It wasn’t easy, and I still practice this lesson, but the connections I formed with others deepened as I approached each interaction with an open heart, seeking to understand rather than judge.

Happiness: Personal and Professional

The impact of Scroll 2 extended beyond my personal relationships. In my professional life, I found that taking a loving and empathetic approach had a profound effect when dealing with my clients. As a result, they were able to feel the genuine attention I had for their needs and this translated into greater trust and better results for my business.

The combination of The Greatest Salesman in the World and The Master Key System became my guiding light, leading me to a life full of joy, abundance and fulfillment. I realized that by changing my way of thinking and accepting love as a guiding principle, I held the key to unlocking the extraordinary potential within me.

Definitely, by adopting the teachings of Scroll 2 along with those of The Master Key System, I opened the door to a better and more enriching life, always grateful for the transformative journey of MKE.
