It’s that time again…a new year.
We are already into the second month of the new year, 2024. Most of us have had a chance to reflect on the year that has gone by as we were approaching the brand new year.
I had a chance to reflect and think about 2023 as the year was closing in. As I was reflecting this thought of “What is Time ?” came to me.
What is “Time” to you?
What is Time to you or for you?
Are you trying to fit as many things into the time that is given to you? Or, are you taking time to live your life with intention and focus?
If we live our life with the perspective that we have only limited time so we have to make sure that we do everything we can to achieve and fulfill what we want with whatever price we have to pay, this would be very stressful, isn’t it?
I was reflecting my own life and I could see myself when I used to live this way and sure enough it was very busy and hectic life it was. I have been blessed to retire early in June 2023 and have had a chance look back and see how I used to live and how I can live differently now.
New Perspective on Time
It was so good to not feel like I have limited time to do everything I want to but to live with a whole different perspective that I can take time to rest, do the things that I couldn’t do before, and not rush for anything.
As I compared my life before to now and how different they are based on how I was looking at time. It was very refreshing to realize that we do have a choice how we look at time and how we use time in our life.
Yes, I know you can say that I am able to see this perspective since I am retired and have more time. But just because we have more time, it doesn’t mean that we know what to do with that time.
It took quite a bit of hard internal work for last few years that I am now able to see things more clearly with a healthier perspective.

I did have an opportunity in the past with more time but I was not able to relax and take time for myself with intention and focus but rather I was still busy trying to do more and fill my plates full. No wonder I was always under stress, pressure, and anxiety.
What about You?
What a relief and freedom it is to be able to take time to live my life with clear intention and focus. I am forever grateful for the Master Key Experience (MKE) program that I took years ago and the community that I have built to continue on my internal journey.
There are so many great tools and skills that I am still using in my life to continue on this amazing life journey.
What about you?
If you would like to live your life with intention and focus then I would strongly encourage you to sign up for the next Master Key Experience course coming up in September.
In the meantime, please download the free tool called the 7 Day Mental Diet to prep your mind. It is very powerful tool.
